How It Works

Every custom order starts with your vision — whether that's a rough sketch on paper or just an idea in your head. I'll take it from there, drawing everything to scale and working with you through the review process until you've approved a final draft.

What's Included in Every Plan

As a final document, you would receive the following compiled into a PDF scaled to 24" x 36". (Standard Blueprint Size)

Scaled and Dimensioned Floor Plan Overview.
Square Footage Breakdown / Window + Door Schedules
Dimensioned Foundation Proposal
Exterior Elevations Scaled and Dimensioned
Dimensioned Wall Framing Proposal
Roof Layout Overview

Pricing Tiers

All prices subject to WV State Tax (6%)

Basic — $650

Best for builders with a sketch they need drawn to scale.

1 Review prior to finalizing

Standard — $750

Good for those with a sketch who want a few chances to review things at scale.

3 Reviews prior to finalizing

Premium — $999

Best for starting from scratch or for those who want to fully visualize the project.

Unlimited Reviews prior to finalizing
Unlimited Renderings throughout the process — every space inside & outside
Access to a 3D Model link from which you are able to tour the model as your final draft which you can access at any time for up to 6 Months.

What Is a "Review"?

Each review is delivered to you as a draft PDF. It includes exterior visuals and a fully dimensioned floor plan layout so you can look everything over and mark any changes you'd like to see. You're welcome to take as long as you need — I work on your time.

Timeline

Most projects wrap up in 2–3 weeks from start to finish, though it varies by project. It's not uncommon to spend several rounds on a specific room — with the Premium tier, for example, we might go back and forth five times just on the kitchen if that's what it takes. Some projects run 8 weeks or more. The timeline is always driven by getting it right, not rushing to finish.
